I have known Graham for many years now and he has always been like a mate to me. He is very professional in his manner and is a very sincere person.

Graham has handled my insurance affairs in a very professional manner and has advised myself and my wife on a tailored scheme that has been affordable and practical for our needs.

I fell sick on Christmas day in 2008 which turned out to be pancreatic cancer. Approximately March of 2009 I rang Graham on another matter regarding my life insurance policy, we got talking and I mentioned that I had been in hospital with cancer. Graham suggested that we should fill out the paper work and submit a claim. At that point I was still pretty ill and suggested that I would play his silly game and get the medicos to fill out the claim, which they did and sent it off.

I must say I didn't think of it again.

A few weeks went by and out of the blue I received a letter from MLC saying that the claim was being reviewed by the board. At that point I rang Graham and read the letter to him. Graham said at this stage that I may have a chance of getting some compensation but not to worry about it.

One evening just before my 55th birthday the family and I were all sitting around the dinner table, I received a phone call it was Graham on the phone and he said, "Garry I have a cheque in my hand made out to you for one million one hundred thousand and something dollars". I broke down in front of the whole family and cried like a baby. The pressure was off. I knew when and if I "go" that the family would be financially solid and have no debt to contend with.

In 2003 we obtained life and TPD insurance thru another insurance broker. At the time we took the representative's recommendations at face value.

We had first met Graham in 2002 while he was a Financial Planner for CBA. We got together again in 2007 for a catch-up and we asked him to review the amount, pricing and type of insurance we held. It was a surprise that the original offering was overpriced and not the best structure for our needs.

We work in the finance industry, it was great to see how thoroughly Graham went through the process of identifying the correct product, structure and amount of insurance.
